At Enversion, I work with:
Data modeling, ETL and teaching. At Enversion, we use the methodologies that Ralph Kimball and Kimball University have developed for data modeling, ‘Dimensional Modeling’ I primarily work with data in the health domain – from economics to activity data. Part of my time is spent tagging ETL processes – so I write a bit of SQL as well. Also, I teach analysts from the regions in Denmark how to turn and rotate data to meet exactly their needs.
Professionally, I’m interested in:
I’m interested in data modeling and passionate about the models that reflect the reality that users experience – it requires a greater understanding of data, thus greater desire to use data in daily work. I’m interested in managing projects – with an emphasis on management. I’m very interested in the dynamics of a team and what makes a high-performance team.
In my spare time, I like to:
Spend time with the family - my wife and our two kids. The weekends are devoted to the family and what we do together. Football – if possible actively. I’m and have always been a ballplayer – currently at Old boy’s level. In addition to playing myself, I’m also a coach and leader in our club. I like what football achieves in relation to children and their approach to life – there is room for individualism, but always on a team with mutual dependence – I can’t do this without my team, and my team needs me.
